Autoplay Terms & Conditions

SickKids Catch the Ace Autoplay.  Eligible purchasers may opt into the SickKids Catch the Ace Autoplay Program (the “Autoplay Program”) at the time of purchasing Catch the Ace tickets and become subscribers.  By opting into the Autoplay Program, subscribers (i) confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and located in the province of Ontario, (ii) agree that SickKids Foundation and its authorized agents may store their payment method and automatically charge their payment method for their confirmed purchase order for each subsequent draw in the SickKids Catch the Ace raffle program, up to and until the Autoplay subscription is cancelled by the subscriber or by SickKids Foundation, in its sole discretion, and (iii) represent and warrant that they are the legal card holder for the credit card provided (or any other credit card that they provide from time to time). The ticket bundle and envelope number selected at the time of a SickKids Catch the Ace Autoplay purchase will apply to all subsequent draw orders under that subscription. If the selected envelope has been opened by a prior weekly draw winner and is no longer available, the next highest available envelope will be automatically assigned to subsequent orders. If no higher-numbered envelopes remain, the lowest available envelope will be used. Envelope selections and payment method cannot be changed in an active subscription. To select a different envelope or change payment information, subscribers must cancel their current subscription and create a new SickKids Catch the Ace Autoplay order. When a SickKids Catch the Ace Autoplay order is placed, an account will automatically be created using the email address provided at the time of purchase. To access this account, a verification code will be sent to the same email address each time a sign-in attempt is made. Subscribers will receive email notification each Friday of the SickKids Catch the Ace raffle campaign for which they are a qualified subscriber informing them that their order will be fulfilled within two (2) business days of receiving the email (which will default to purchaser’s order and payment method from the time they became a subscriber). Subscribers may cancel their Subscription at any time and will not be charged for future draws. Subscribers can cancel their Subscription through the “Manage Current Subscription” section of the SickKids Catch the Ace website at sickkidsace.ca/autoplay, or, by emailing catchtheacecs@sickkidsfoundation.com  from the email address used to subscribe to the AutoPlay Program stating your intent to be removed from the Autoplay Program. Subscription cancellations submitted via email may require up to two (2) business days to process and take effect. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date. If payment fails, then the subscriber’s ticket purchase will not be completed and they will be automatically unsubscribed and excluded from future draws. The subscriber can re-subscribe for the Autoplay program by purchasing new tickets, opting-in to the Autoplay Program and providing updated payment details. Autoplay will remain in effect until cancelled by the subscriber or by SickKids Foundation, in its sole discretion, or until the Catch the Ace raffle they opted-in to be a subscriber for ends. Once the Ace of Spades is caught triggering the end of the current SickKids Catch the Ace raffle campaign, all subscribers will be removed from the Autoplay Program, and, at the beginning of the subsequent Catch the Ace campaign, will be required to opt-in to the Autoplay Program again. SickKids Foundation reserves the right to cancel any Autoplay subscription if any information provided during the registration process is inaccurate, or if it determines that the subscriber is not eligible to participate in the SickKids Foundation Lottery. By providing their email address and/or phone number, subscribers consent to receive Autoplay Notices and any other notices provided for in the SickKids Catch the Ace Rules of Play via email or SMS.
